Our Process

Over the phone or in person, our team will help you find the right furnace for your needs. Our service team will gather details from you, including the size of your home, the features you are looking for, and the age of the home. From there, an inspection will be scheduled.

Within 7 days, our team will help measure your home to ensure you get the right size for your home, identify ventilation in the home, and compatibility. We take into consideration your existing furnace types and your heating needs.

You will receive a customized quote for your furnace based on the inspection, giving you the final say in what furnace type you want for your home. Once a quote is accepted, our team will take the rest to give you the best installation experience possible.

Why Choose Dyand Mechanical

There is a general size that we recommend depending on the square footage. This is an approximation that can be confirmed using a Heat Loss Calculation. This calculation determines the heat lost from the house, including heat lost from the windows, doors, and insulation. This will give the accurate BTUs needed for the house.

A furnace service includes: going through and checking the thermostat, filters, humidifier, blower and compartment, the gas, venting, and other components in a 40-point inspection.

A single-stage furnace has a single-speed blower and a fixed gas valve. A two-stage furnace has a variable speed blower and a gas valve with two stages. The two-stage furnace allows the fan to run at different speeds depending on the weather.

Dyand techician James was awesome. Helped get my furnace going at 1:00 am when is was -40 outside over the phone. He returned the next morning and replaced the fan motor that had a dead spot in it. Only coming on if it was in the right position. Saved us from freezing that night and now furnace runs once again perfectly.

After waiting a few weeks for our furnace to get fixed by someone else, our landlord called DYAND. Ryan, the HVAC tech, was very helpful and friendly when he came to fix our furnace. He went above and beyond to replace the inducer motor the same day despite the difficulty in finding the motor in the city. We are very grateful to him for getting our heat working before the snow hit on the weekend.

Very good company to deal with. From start to finish the quote and work was done with as quoted. The install took longer than expected but that was due to the installers taking the time needed to do it correctly and not just as quick as possible. It was a large complicated scope of work and it was completed extremely well.

Furnace stopped working, called and spoke with very pleasant lady. Dispatched technician within two hours. Technician was polite, on time and very efficient. Repaired fan mount and heat was back on in four hours. A week later, furnace fan quit again. Quick, polite service and replaced capacitor. A different problem and no additional charge to first service call. Very happy with their service and will use again.
